Welcome to Extreme Cakeover.  My name is Christine Moody and I am the owner and cake designer at Extreme Cakeover.

I have a passion  for cake design and have been decorating and designing cakes for over 20 years, with both formal instruction and many hours of self study.

Up until the last year I have worked alongside cake designers in Scotland and also a master chocolatier to broaden any horizons of cake design yet to be explored.

Most of my artistic and baking skills however, have been inherited through family members.  I strive to help brides realise their “Dream Cakes” through augmenting their design ideas with my own. When I see a bride smiling with joy when they see the finished product, it is so rewarding to me and the reason why I am in this type of business.
